| Cindy Brown 10/09/08 | Have Hometrends round glass convection oven 6-8 qt size?-table top model. Brought it new but had it in storage because of a move. Husband moved things around in storage and got rid of box convection oven was in. I went to pull it from storage to finally use it and find that the instruction booklet is missing! Need get copy of instruction booklet and need to know when converting cooking times if I should reduce time by 1/3 or 1/4? Also, should oven temperature be reduce by 10 to 12 degrees or what? Thanks for any help you can give me. Cindy |
| ellen 10/09/08 | Order a new booklet from Home Trends, or check EBay. Cooking time reduction varies depending on shape and type of food. Start checking at 2/3 time when you are adapting recipes. Temps may come down as much as 25-35 degrees, not just 10. There are convection cook books- check your library. |
